One day I saw workers about a overlarge hole in the street.... adjacent to the west of Tucson High, near the end of the stadium stuff.... and in it they were jacking maybe a 6 ft concrete pipe to the north... it was deep, like 15 ft to the surface. do you know pipe jacking? The nearest drainage ravine goes under the school and would be 50 yards south... and at most 8 ft deep. I have seen other deep infrastructure a block south and half a block west, all south 15 ft of the thrift store.
